From evaluation to everyday use

  1. Show us the workflow

Identify the Salesforce records, users, file types and current problems. Use representative, non-sensitive examples in the demo.

  2. Review the configuration

Agree storage, region, access, retention, recovery and responsibilities. Share security and supplier requirements before you commit.

  3. Agree the offer

Confirm pricing, storage and downloads, support, migration scope and commercial terms in writing. Stripe payment follows the agreed offer.

  4. Onboard and check

Galacia configures and tests the agreed setup. Confirm the workflows with permitted and restricted users and agree who owns ongoing operations.

Your procurement checklist

Use these topics with your team. Each item should be resolved for your configuration and written offer.

Product and organisation fit

Confirm the Salesforce environment, record types, intended users, file types, expected sizes and storage provider. Identify the acceptance checks and the person who will approve rollout. Review use cases.

Data and security review

Confirm data flows, storage region, access, credential ownership, retention and deletion. Share any requirements for a data processing agreement, supplier assessment or evidence of controls. Start the security review.

Commercial and supplier details

Ask for contracting-party details and confirm charges, currency, tax treatment, payment schedule, term, renewal and cancellation before signing. Any purchase-order or invoicing requirements must be agreed. Review pricing scope.

Onboarding and migration

Identify your Salesforce administrator and storage owner. Confirm access arrangements, onboarding timing, validation and rollback. Migration needs separate scoping; it is not automatically included. Read the onboarding guide.

Support and continuity

Agree contact routes, support hours, escalation and any response or recovery commitments. Confirm who maintains backups and who checks recovery. Review the support window and 30-minute first-response target. Any contractual service-level agreement (SLA) must be agreed in writing.

Exit and change management

Agree how you retain access to your files, remove the integration, revoke credentials and handle residual data. Confirm upgrade and configuration-change responsibilities before rollout.

Bring your supplier requirements early.

Galacia is founder-led. If your organisation requires certification, a particular contract, SSO, a supplier portal or a formal service-level agreement, discuss it before choosing the product. This website does not represent those requirements as already met.
