Your written offer

A Vault demo request is an enquiry. Before payment, agree the product configuration, usage, support, any migration work and commercial terms in writing.

Confirm the charges, currency, applicable taxes, payment schedule, term, renewal, cancellation and refund arrangements. Any service-level agreement, data processing terms or procurement conditions must be explicitly agreed.

This page describes the buying process. It is not a licence agreement, a data processing agreement or a substitute for your written contract.

Product availability

Vault is ready for Galacia-assisted onboarding. Docs, Track and Connect are discovery concepts with working names. Hosting is a prototype. Roadmap descriptions and illustrations are not release-date or feature commitments.

Company account beta

The optional account portal does not provide a product licence, trial or download. Billing in that portal is test-only. Live payment for Vault follows your agreed written offer.

Using this website

Use enquiry and support routes for relevant business questions. Keep passwords, access tokens, storage credentials and customer file contents out of submissions. External links lead to services operated separately from Galacia.
