Demo requests and enquiries

The demo form asks for your work email, company and role. You may also provide your name, storage and download estimates, and migration interest. Supported campaign tags in the page URL are included when JavaScript is enabled.

We use the request to respond about a demo and discuss an offer. Submission does not enrol you in marketing. Requests are stored in the private website database and sent to the owner through Discord, including a text attachment. Requests are included in existing database backups.

The demo request privacy notice gives the collection, sharing and retention details. Email enquiries use your chosen email service and Galacia’s email forwarding route. Please do not send customer files or credentials.

Optional company accounts

Accounts store owner and company details, sign-in and verification information, and records needed to operate the account. Resend delivers verification and password recovery emails. The account portal’s billing is test-only; creating an account does not create a paid subscription.

Signed-in owners can use Account settings for account-data export and deletion controls. If you cannot sign in, use account recovery or contact Galacia. Account deletion and deletion of a separate demo enquiry are different requests.

Cookies and browser storage

Public pages contain no analytics or advertising scripts. The demo form adds no cookies or browser storage. Optional artwork is loaded from this website when enabled.

The account service uses essential cookies to support sign-in. Blocking these cookies can prevent account features from working. You can manage cookies in your browser; signing out ends the active account session. There are no advertising or analytics preferences to configure on this site.

The hosting service processes connection information to serve requests. The website also uses rate limits to protect forms and account access. An external contact, email or payment service has its own data handling when you choose to use it.

Ask about your information

Email hello@galacia.app to ask what information is held, request a correction or deletion, or raise a concern. Identify whether your request concerns an account, a demo enquiry or email correspondence. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

For demo enquiries, ask for removal of the database record and Discord messages or attachments. Requests should be removed when follow-up is no longer needed; backup copies expire under the existing backup retention schedule.

You can also raise a data-protection concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
