The trade-off is an additional integration, storage configuration and operating responsibilities. Compare those with your current setup, including support and the total cost.

Is Vault a fit?

Start here if your team works in Salesforce and needs record files backed by customer-owned Amazon S3 storage for the current assisted setup. Bring your required region, file types and sizes to the demo so the configuration can be agreed. Other providers need separate qualification.

Document generation, delivery tracking and team messaging are separate planned products. Future integrations and structured data storage are unavailable in Vault.
