Agree a written offer

Confirm storage, downloads, support, any migration scope and commercial terms in writing before paying through Stripe.

Prepare your organisation

Identify your Salesforce administrator and storage owner. Agree the configuration and checks for your organisation before setup. Do not send credentials or customer files through the demo request form.

Your onboarding checklist

1. Confirm the target. Identify the Salesforce organisation, a test environment, the record types you use and the people who need access.
2. Confirm storage ownership. Agree the S3 bucket, region, access credentials, retention and responsibility for provider charges.
3. Install and configure together. Galacia installs the agreed version, assigns administrator and user permissions, connects storage and adds Vault to the agreed record pages.
4. Test with your users. Check upload and download with non-sensitive files, verify the downloaded contents, and confirm that restricted users cannot access files they should not see.
5. Receive the handover. Record the installed version, configuration, support contact and agreed upgrade, recovery and data-exit steps before rollout.

Assisted installation

Installation is arranged with Galacia after the demo and written agreement. This page does not currently provide a self-service Salesforce package installer. Your demo request does not install software, create a subscription or take payment.
