The working product model uses customer-owned cloud storage. Storage location, access, retention and provider charges depend on the configuration agreed for the organisation. Customer-hosted gateway infrastructure is the default direction where a gateway is required.

This website

This is an informational website. It does not accept Salesforce files, storage credentials or payment details. It sets no application cookies and includes no analytics or advertising scripts. The hosting provider may process connection information such as IP addresses to serve requests.

Security and release status

Live provider validation and Salesforce release checks are still outstanding. No independent certification, AppExchange security-review approval or compliance guarantee is being claimed.

Before a production rollout

Published release documentation will need to cover permissions, data flows, operational responsibilities, recovery and supported configurations. Review those requirements against your organisation’s policies before deployment.
